English Tutor


We are currently hiring an English Tutor for our tutoring center in Nizwa. This is a contract position suitable for both Malayalees and Filipinos with experience in teaching English. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students of all ages and levels. This job does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own place of residence in Nizwa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and materials tailored to individual student needs
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Administer assessments to track student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on student performance
- Create a positive learning environment that motivates students to learn and improve their English skills

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English language
- Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel outside the country if necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
