As an Architecture Manager in Ufa, Russia, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects within our company. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in architecture and management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process from conception to completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review architectural plans and designs for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Russia
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
