Salary: $900 per month


The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in the city of Ufa. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of architectural principles and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and a passion for creating innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects in Ufa, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure high-quality work is delivered on every project
- Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client expectations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes
- Develop relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Experience working on diverse projects such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, or public facilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architecture software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
