Senior Architect - Braga, Portugal


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements. You will also oversee a team of architects and coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects
- Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documents
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Supervise a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits as needed
- Mentor junior architects
