Senior Architect - Los Angeles, USA
A well-established architecture firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Architect to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We are looking for an experienced architect who is fluent in English and has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage projects. This role will involve working closely with clients and leading a team of architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Oversee project teams and ensure quality control throughout the design process
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others
