Job Title: Head Chef - International Cuisine


Our 5-star hotel in Lahore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our international cuisine kitchen. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that showcase a variety of international flavors. You will lead a team of talented chefs and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create menus that feature a variety of international cuisines, including but not limited to Italian, French, Asian, and more.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes.
- Train and guide junior chefs on proper cooking techniques and plating presentations.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel.
- Proven track record of creating innovative and successful menus featuring international cuisines.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and flavor combinations.
- Knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in different countries is preferred but not mandatory.
