Carpenter in Khanpur


We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Khanpur. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, steel, and other materials. You will also be expected to read and interpret blueprints and follow building plans to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience with various carpentry tools and techniques, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a contract job with accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this position. Urgent candidates are preferred.

Salary: $1800 per month

Responsibilities:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, steel, and other materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and follow building plans to meet client specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares or marking gauges
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware using hand or power tools
- Erect scaffolding or ladders for assembling structures above ground level
- Inspect existing structures for damage or defects and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other carpenters or construction workers on projects
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Carpenter
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following building plans
- Knowledge of various carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials if necessary
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Biometric passport is required for this position
