We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing a menu that showcases our unique culinary style and satisfies our guests' taste buds. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be crucial in ensuring the success of our restaurant.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end establishment
- Excellent knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Indian dishes
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record in managing a kitchen team
- Ability to create menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily operations of the kitchen
- Create seasonal menus using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control for consistency
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
- Manage food inventory levels and cost control measures
- Collaborate with restaurant management to continuously improve guest satisfaction
