Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various industrial tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting safety checks and risk assessments prior to starting work
- Installing and maintaining equipment at height, such as ropes, pulleys, and safety harnesses
- Removing debris or performing maintenance on structures at height
- Conducting inspections and repairs on industrial equipment or structures
- Assisting with heavy lifting or rigging operations
- Communicating with team members via radio or hand signals while working at heights
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Alpinist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using specialized equipment for working at heights
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in challenging environments
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Willingness to travel for short-term projects within Russia or internationally
