We are hiring a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Atlanta. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and functional websites. Your role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into beautiful website designs. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong knowledge of user experience design, and proficiency in various design software.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for website designs
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the overall user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design languages is a plus
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Atlanta (remote work may be considered)
