Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Malindi. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion. You must have previous experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a contract job with a salary of $1000 per month. Visa sponsorship can be provided for qualified candidates. This is an urgent position and preference will be given to Canadian or English-speaking candidates. Foreigners with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to delivery
- Create project budgets and schedules
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular reports on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Experience working on international projects is preferred but not required
