Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Malindi. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and update stakeholders on project status
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
