We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Result-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the retail industry in Karachi is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
