We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and handle any complaints or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

This is a seasonal job with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
