Sales Executive - Indian Nationals Only

We are a rapidly growing retail company in Shan and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This position is only open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have previous experience in sales.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building relationships with customers, and driving sales. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Shan
- Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Previous experience in retail/sales is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory management is an asset
