Our architecture firm is seeking a talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting our senior architects in designing and planning commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level architect looking to gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for commercial buildings
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience or coursework in commercial architecture is preferred, but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this contract position. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. As this is an international role, candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
