Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Ashdod, Israel)



We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Ashdod, Israel. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff and handle employee scheduling requests
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and address any concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
