Plumber Supervisor


We are in need of an experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of plumbers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers and assign tasks according to their skills and abilities
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced plumbers
- Inspect work sites to ensure safety procedures are being followed
- Ensure that all plumbing work is completed in compliance with local codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Order materials and supplies needed for projects
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during projects
- Maintain accurate records of job progress, materials used, and time spent on projects
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
and other team members
- Valid plumbing license preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1300 per month.

This position is located in Clairvaux.
