Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainee Barista to join our team in the beautiful coastal city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a Trainee Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of coffee making and customer service while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities:
- Learn how to prepare various coffee and tea beverages according to our standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and taking their orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks with efficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
