IT Manager



We are looking for an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of our company's information technology systems. You will also manage a team of IT professionals and ensure that all technology infrastructure and services are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in alignment with company goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance, security, and integrity to ensure data protection
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems and propose solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Prepare budgets for new projects and manage expenses within budget constraints
- Provide technical support to employees on various software applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of networking technologies including LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, switches etc.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech individuals

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month.
