Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including shipping packages.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when required.
- Support the HR department with tasks such as posting job vacancies and organizing interviews.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Keep track of office inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: 1300$
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Sunday to Thursday. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
