We are seeking a skilled and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Online Consultant, your main responsibility will be providing support and assistance to our English speaking clients through various online platforms. This is a full-time position suitable for men with prior experience in customer service or consulting.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with English speaking clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide prompt and efficient support to clients regarding products, services, and inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize, listen attentively, and effectively convey information
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or consulting roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as chat tools, email clients, social media channels
- Willingness to work full-time without accommodation provided

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
