The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing construction projects. The main responsibility of the Construction Project Manager will be to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on schedule
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions when possible
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues that may affect the project timeline or budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and building codes
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget

Salary: $1000 per month
