Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Eschen. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Eschen
