Hotel Sales Manager - Triesen, Liechtenstein
As a Hotel Sales Manager at our luxury hotel in Triesen, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy. Your main goal will be to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients by showcasing the unique features and services of our hotel.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and visits
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Triesen
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Compensation:
Salary: $1200/month + commission based on performance.
Working hours: 40 hours/week (flexible schedule).
