Hotel Sales Manager


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Triesen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and developing marketing strategies to promote the hotel. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong negotiation skills. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet targets and providing regular reports to senior management. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

The main responsibilities of the Hotel Sales Manager include:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and tour operators
- Identifying new business opportunities by conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Conducting site visits and presentations to potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services
- Negotiating contracts with clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Managing a team of sales executives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Creating detailed sales reports for senior management on a regular basis
- Collaborating with other departments within the hotel to ensure that all guest needs are met efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience managing a team is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
