We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, structures, and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design, project management, and construction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and gather necessary information for design
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Identify potential issues or challenges during the design or construction process and provide timely solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture with a proven track record of successfully completed projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Project management experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
