Concierge Assistant


Our luxury hotel in Salalah is seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and providing recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area. This is an entry-level position that does not require any previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in hospitality. The salary for this position is $1400 per month, with free visa and ticket provided. Accommodation is not included, so this position is best suited for local candidates or those who already have housing arrangements in Salalah.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and arrange reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a seamless stay experience
- Attend training sessions to continually improve knowledge of local area

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Physically fit to handle luggage when needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
