Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Gujrat. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights and recommendations for business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide meaningful analysis to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to uncover valuable insights
- Develop data models and algorithms to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Use data visualization tools to create visually appealing reports and dashboards
- Monitor data quality and identify any issues or discrepancies
- Continuously improve data collection processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python or other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of database management systems is preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract job: This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
