We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team in El-Ain. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have excellent English communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will also include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a barista, strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, and the ability to work well in a team. A salary of 1200$ will be offered along with other benefits.

As an Indian Barista, your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking their orders accurately.
- Preparing various types of coffee drinks using different brewing methods.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate accounting at the end of each shift.
- Providing outstanding customer service by answering any questions or concerns that customers may have.
- Recommending specialty drinks or food items to customers based on their preferences.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have experience working in India.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven working experience as a barista for at least 2 years.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and beverages.
