Experienced Barista (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a popular coffee shop in El-Ain seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a busy coffee shop or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods is preferred
- Must have valid visa or residency permit for El-Ain
