Loader Supervisor



We are looking for a motivated and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials from trucks, trains, and ships.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the loading and unloading process to ensure efficiency and safety
- Assign tasks to loaders based on their skills and abilities
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain inventory of loaded materials and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate with transportation companies to schedule deliveries
- Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading activities
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a supervisory role in a warehouse or transportation setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading/unloading activities
