We are searching for a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing and training our kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food and has experience in creating innovative dishes while maintaining high culinary standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and unique menus that align with our restaurant's concept and style
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation to ensure the highest quality standards are met
- Train and manage kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
- Ensure consistent food quality by regularly tasting and inspecting all dishes before they are served
- Control inventory levels and expenses by closely monitoring food costs
- Collaborate with other departments, such as management and front-of-house staff, to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Adhere to all health codes and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Russia
