Responsibilities:

- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Develop recipes and maintain accurate recipe records
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of Russian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Creative flair to develop unique dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
