Executive Chef at a Historic Restaurant in Siauliai, Egypt
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at a historic restaurant located in Siauliai, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes while maintaining high quality standards. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menu offerings to reflect seasonal ingredients and local flavors
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Oversee inventory management and food ordering to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients
- Create and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source high quality ingredients
- Monitor food costs and maintain budget while meeting profit goals
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure cleanliness of workstations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably in a fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of Egyptian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

This position is located in Siauliai, Egypt.
