We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to oversee our hotel sales operations in Khanpur, Pakistan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings with the sales team to review performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager in a reputable hotel or hospitality company.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
