Temporary Concierge in Faro, Portugal

We are in need of a temporary Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Faro, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work under pressure
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
