Merchandiser (Almada, Portugal)


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked appropriately in retail stores, as well as analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with retail store managers to plan and execute product displays and promotions
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, labeled, and priced in accordance with company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, placement, and overall presentation
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving product performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
