Head Baker



We are a well-established bakery located in Lusail, seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As we cater to a diverse clientele, proficiency in English is required. We welcome applications from foreign candidates and will provide free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and manage a team of bakers to ensure consistency in product quality and service standards
- Develop new recipes and products while maintaining traditional favorites
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotions

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a baker, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A passion for creating high-quality baked goods that exceed customer expectations
