Dishwashing Assistant

We are in need of a reliable and hardworking Dishwashing Assistant to join our team in Moscow. As a Dishwashing Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your primary duties will include washing, drying, and storing dishes, as well as keeping the dishwashing station clean and sanitized.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work efficiently under pressure. You must also have good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures is essential, as well as the ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using commercial dishwashers
- Dry and put away clean dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station
- Remove garbage from kitchen area
- Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with stocking supplies in the kitchen as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work well with others
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
