Junior Architectural Technologist (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with a passion for architecture and a desire to gain experience in the field.

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will assist in the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. You will work closely with our team of experienced architects and designers to create detailed plans and drawings for both residential and commercial buildings.

This role is suitable for someone who is looking for part-time work or is just starting their career as an architectural technologist. No previous experience is required, but candidates should have a basic understanding of architectural principles and drafting techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project planning
- Research building materials and techniques
- Prepare presentations for clients using 3D modeling software
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on construction sites

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the area.
