Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, including drafting plans, creating 3D models, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed plans for construction projects
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other software
- Assist with site visits to ensure project progress and compliance with plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends
