We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through online channels such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products or services offered
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support
- Keep track of customer interactions and update relevant information in the database
- Continuously improve knowledge on company products, services, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service is a plus but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Location: Utena, Egypt
