Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Washington. As the Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions and events. Your main duties will include meeting with clients to discuss their needs, selecting the appropriate flowers and foliage, and creating unique designs that meet their expectations.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, as well as an understanding of color combinations and design principles. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

In addition to your design skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the floral shop. This role requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

As a Florist in Washington, you must have at least 2 years of experience working in a floral shop or similar environment. A degree or certification in floral design is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
