Indian Executive Chef in Eschen
Our 5-star hotel in Eschen is seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain high-quality menus that showcase the flavors and techniques of Indian cuisine
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure that all dishes meet our standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain a productive and efficient work environment
- Oversee inventory management to control costs and minimize food waste
- Collaborate with other departments, such as banquet and catering, to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
Contract:
This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.
