Pastry Chef

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and ensure that all pastry items are of the highest quality. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, baking, decorating, and presenting finished products. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow recipes accurately. You should also have excellent time management skills to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Excellent knowledge of different pastry techniques and methods
- Ability to create new recipes and adapt existing ones
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
