Hotel Manager / Hospitality Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of hotel management and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation
- Manage all aspects of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the hotel
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract guests and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and revenue generation
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Fluent in English (Filipino nationality preferred)

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Doha (accommodation not provided)
