Indian Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes and menu items that showcase the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Ensure all dishes are presented in an attractive manner and meet quality standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Create new menu items that reflect current trends in Indian cuisine
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and spices
- Ability to create new recipes while staying true to traditional flavors
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train kitchen staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed

Salary: 1100$

Location: Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates (preference for candidates of Indian nationality)
