Construction Project Manager

A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion. This includes budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Evaluate bids from suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a construction project manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

This is a full-time position located in Lusail. Candidates must be Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport. This is an urgent position so immediate availability is preferred.
