Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Lusail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects and ensuring their timely completion within budget. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction from planning to completion while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress according to plans
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Prepare regular reports on project progress for stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
